Submission Method 

Abstracts must be submitted via the online submission form, available in the USER Zone. 

Guidelines for Abstract Submission

• Abstracts must be submitted in Czech, Slovak or English.   
• Maximum lenght: 400 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations). 
• Abstracts must follow the structured format: Introduction / Aims, Methods, Results, Conclusion, optionally References and Project Support. 
• Each abstract may include a maximum of one table or one figure / graph.
• Authors are fully responsible for the scientific content and formal correctness of their submission. 
• After submission, an automatic confirmation email will be sent th the contact author. If you do not receive confirmation within one hour (including spam folder), please contact: ohd2026@meritis.cz

NOTIFICATION OF ABSTRACT ACCEPTANCE AND PRESENTATION FORM

• Authors will be informed of acceptance / rejection and presentation form by e-mail no later than April 24, 2026.
• The presenting authors agress to attend the congress and present the abstract in the session and time designed by the OHD Scientific Committee. 

YOUNG HEMATOLOGISTS 

The first author of an abstract who is under 36 years of age at the time of the congress (by May 20, 2026) may participate in the Young Hematologists Completition for the best abstract.
